Streaming your most loved Instagram videos over again or
trying to show a friend the coolest videos or the funniest videos in vogue takes
a real chunk out of our data, it’s something we all get to bear the brunt and
some of us end up not streaming those videos again.
Stumbled over this while playing with my phone some days ago
and am not really sure whether it’s out there or not but anyways, I love the
fact that I figured it out. To cut the story short, all videos you view on Instagram
using your devices (Android) are saved on them, cool right. So I would simply
be telling you guys where to find and how to view these rib cracking videos
over and over and over and…
For those making use of Mediatek powered devices (Tecno,
Infinix, Huawei and so on.)
It’s a piece of cake for you guys.
Just follow the few steps stated below. Go to your Storage Memory via your File Manager
·
Phone Memory to be precise (except you have
moved your folders elsewhere)
·
Open the folders Android – Data
·
Under the Data folder, you either look or search
for the Instagram folder.
You find it in this form com.instagram.android
·
You then open the folders Cache –
Video
And then you
stumble on some random numbers having the .0
extension
All you just need to do is to
Rename and change the .0 extension to either .mp4 or .3gp
And you are set to see all those
videos again.
For Snapdragon powered devices (Samsung,
Sony and so on.)
You have to download a file
explorer on your device and then follow all the steps stated above from the
File Explorer.
Mind you, if you do clear your
cache, you would not find any video there, and also if you have an application
that does the clearing for you like Clean Master, you might not find anything
on your phone like me.
Remember to drop your comments guys.
